Support 'Room to Grow' Scattered Site

As part of our strategic plan, we’ve set out to build and acquire affordable single-family rental homes for neighbors with growing families in need of more space.

Each home requires gap funding to remain affordable. At the end of 2025, we are hoping to raise $100,000 to purchase the first home in this project before moving on to build several additional new construction rental homes.

Support 557 Lindsay

By early 2026, OaksATL will complete 557 Lindsay, a new mixed-use development that will add six additional affordable units alongside neighborhood-serving retail. This project marks our continued commitment to expanding quality, affordable housing and economic opportunity in English Avenue.

23:22 Plan

It takes a village to prevent eviction and create lasting stability. The 23:22 plan provides for the practical needs of our tenants facing income barriers including disability, fixed incomes, and unexpected financial hardships.
