We cannot accomplish our mission to rebuild, restore, and renew alone.
The OaksATL team is honored when outstanding professionals choose to volunteer their time, insight, and networks to help move this mission forward. These people are significant fuel to our work of revitalization. We’re thrilled to add three incredible, mission-driven members to our Board of Directors.
Help us welcome Brittany, Andy, and Michael to the Board!

Brittany Saadiq, CFRE joins the OaksATL Board with exceptional fundraising and nonprofit leadership experience, currently serving as Executive Director, Principal Gifts at Wellstar Health System.
Rooted in Atlanta’s Historic Westside through her undergraduate time at Spelman College and prior work with the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs, Brittany brings a values-aligned, place-based commitment to the neighbors and communities OaksATL serves. “I am passionate about pathways to prosperity for diverse communities,” she shares, “and about the importance of housing that allows people to pursue opportunities like increasing their livable wage, education, and home ownership.” We’re grateful to welcome Brittany’s leadership, relational equity, and continued commitment to the west side to the Board.

Andy Litvak joins the OaksATL Board as a Partner at Nelson Mullins, bringing commercial real estate legal expertise across investment, development, and complex transactions.
He has already been a consistent partner to OaksATL through numerous pro bono projects, contributing significant time and counsel that has helped move our work forward. Andy is driven by a long-standing commitment to expanding equality and opportunity, and he connects directly to OaksATL’s focus on dignity, pride, and long- term stability for residents in English Avenue through high-quality, affordable housing. We are grateful to welcome Andy’s expertise, generosity, and long-term commitment to the Historic Westside.

Michael Howell joins the OaksATL Board with deep expertise in Atlanta real estate across leasing, property management, construction management, acquisitions, and development.
As an Executive Vice President and Market Leader for Lincoln Property Company, he helps oversee Lincoln’s business activities, bringing a strong track record in commercial, residential, and mixed-use work across the region. Over the last five years, Michael has also shown up for English Avenue beyond his day job—organizing company-wide volunteer days alongside OaksATL. We’re grateful for Michael’s steady leadership and hands-on commitment as we continue providing dignity through high-quality, affordable housing in English Avenue and Atlanta’s Historic Westside.
