Congratulations to our friends and partners at Westside Future Fund on their recent ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of 839 Joseph E. Boone Blvd and 646 Echo Street. OaksATL was honored to serve as the general contractor for 646 Echo Street, adding 24 units of high-quality affordable housing to English Avenue.

646 Echo Street was our largest multifamily general contracting project to date. This milestone for OaksATL also marks continued momentum for English Avenue. A once-blighted, long-abandoned property will now be home to families with ties to this community through Westside Future Fund’s Home on the Westside program. These beautiful new buildings are a picture of revitalization and community retention working hand-in-hand.

We value the third-party general contracting work we get to do on Atlanta’s Historic Westside. These projects reflect shared priorities: thoughtful design that fits neighborhood needs, construction that honors the historic feel of the community, and quality work that supports long-term stability for neighbors who call this place home.
